This senior leadership role is responsible for defining and executing the sales strategy, driving revenue growth, leading a high-performing sales team, and expanding the company’s presence across key enterprise customers.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the sales strategy for Germany
- Lead, coach, and develop a distributed sales team
- Drive revenue growth and exceed regional targets
- Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Oversee pipeline, forecasting, reporting, and budget management
- Collaborate closely with internal leadership and cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Strong sales leadership background in B2B technology
- Proven success in enterprise sales and revenue growth
- Experience managing geographically dispersed teams
- Deep knowledge of the German market
- Strong strategic, analytical, and leadership skills
- Fluent German and business English
