A fast-growing global enterprise software vendor is hiring a Regional Sales Director to accelerate growth in France. The business supports large enterprise customers across multiple industries and operates with a mature global GTM organization.



Role Summary


This is a player/coach leadership position responsible for leading a local team of 4 quota-carrying sellers across key verticals including Public Sector, Manufacturing, Utilities, and Financial Services. You will own the France plan and personally drive strategic enterprise opportunities while coaching and scaling team performance.



Key Responsibilities


  • Lead, coach and develop a team of 4 sales professionals (performance, enablement, hiring input).
  • Own regional revenue delivery, pipeline creation, and forecast accuracy.
  • Manage complex enterprise sales cycles from discovery through negotiation and close.
  • Build executive relationships with C-level and senior IT/business stakeholders.
  • Execute structured operating cadence: pipeline reviews, deal strategy sessions, forecasting, QBRs.
  • Collaborate with channel, alliances and system integrator partners where relevant.
  • Maintain strong CRM discipline and data-driven management.



Required Experience


  • Proven experience in enterprise software sales leadership (player/coach / sales management).
  • Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding quota in complex B2B environments.
  • Strong command of enterprise deal mechanics: multi-threading, value selling, business case, procurement/legal negotiation.
  • Experience selling into at least some target sectors: Public Sector, Manufacturing, Utilities, Financial Services.
  • Strong forecasting and pipeline management skills.
  • Languages: Fluent French; professional English.



Nice to Have


  • Experience with partner-led selling (SIs/channel/ecosystem).
  • Exposure to modern application platforms, integration, automation, low-code/no-code, or adjacent enterprise SaaS categories.
