Account Executive (Europe) – Enterprise AI Infrastructure (Stealth / Confidential)



Role Overview


A fast-growing European AI infrastructure company is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive (Europe) to help build and scale its commercial motion. You will own strategic enterprise opportunities end-to-end—from first conversation to close—and work closely with a highly technical delivery team to land and expand high-impact deployments.


This is a builder role for someone who thrives in ambiguous, high-velocity environments: commercially sharp, technically curious, and able to create momentum with senior stakeholders in complex organizations.



What you will do



Enterprise New Business & Account Development


  • Build a pipeline from scratch by identifying and engaging high-potential enterprise prospects across multiple segments.
  • Establish and deepen relationships with senior stakeholders (technical and business) and drive multi-threaded account strategies.
  • Run structured account reviews to accelerate value realization and surface expansion opportunities.



Consultative Sales Execution


  • Lead discovery to understand enterprise infrastructure challenges and translate them into measurable business outcomes.
  • Create tailored proposals aligned to client environments, constraints, and value drivers.
  • Partner closely with a technical deployment team (e.g., solution specialists / forward-deployed engineers) to deliver credible, outcome-based solutions.
  • Manage negotiations, commercial terms, and procurement processes through close.



Pipeline & Forecast Discipline


  • Operate with a rigorous qualification and execution framework (e.g., MEDDICC) and maintain clean CRM hygiene.
  • Forecast accurately and communicate progress, risks, and next steps with clarity and consistency.
  • Continuously improve your approach using data, feedback, and learnings from the field.



Market Presence


  • Represent the company at relevant industry events and build a high-quality network in the European enterprise infrastructure ecosystem.
  • Stay current on developments in cloud, data center architecture, and AI infrastructure trends.



What we’re looking for



Experience & Results


  • 5+ years of enterprise closing experience with large organizations.
  • Proven history of hitting or exceeding targets in high-ACV, complex sales cycles (multi-stakeholder, technical evaluation, security/procurement).
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect and build pipeline independently and consistently.



Domain Fit (important)


  • Strong B2B sales track record in data center and/or cloud infrastructure environments.
  • Working understanding of AI/ML infrastructure concepts and how modern compute platforms support demanding workloads (deep technical expertise not required—credibility and curiosity are).



Skills & Working Style


  • Excellent communication and executive presence; able to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong negotiation skills and comfort operating in fast-moving settings.
  • Highly collaborative—enjoys working cross-functionally and building with others.



Practicalities


  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings, events, and conferences (approx. 40%).
  • Business-fluent English and German; additional European languages are a plus.
